Hi, I'm Jacqui
Personal trainer of 15+ years and Mum of 2.
After working in commercial gyms for years I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands – Mums deserve better. Better care; greater knowledge; more compassion and less of the harmful ‘no pain no gain’ and ‘bounce back’ mentality.

After I had my first child, I realised very quickly that knowing ‘what’ to do doesn’t mean you know ‘how’ to do it. I knew the do’s and don’ts of returning to exercise, but actually finding a way to be consistent with my own health goals amidst the chaos of motherhood was a whole different ball game! I wanted to progress towards greater fitness, strength and health in a way that not only served me, but that worked for my family too.
I wanted balance.

This is where Mum and Mini Fitness was envisaged – out of my desire to offer to other's what I wish I had access to myself.

Our Mums & Bubs classes are ideal for you if you're looking to stay active during your pregnancy, or return to exercise after having your child.

We know our bodies change SO MUCH during pregnancy and childbirth, so our focus is on educating you in how to nurture and strengthen the new YOU.

Our face to face classes are held in the amazing Oakford Community Centre where we get the best of both worlds; an indoor space with air conditioning AND our own private fenced play area for the kids (or for us to take our workouts outdoors when the weather permits!)
