Our Mum & Mini Fitness classes are designed to help you move safely and confidently while building strength and growing your knowledge. You’ll learn about the changes your body experiences during pregnancy and postpartum, along with practical strategies to navigate these transitions and to regain optimal function.

Our focus is on strengthening the areas that matter most to support your journey through motherhood, and mobilising the areas that get most tense. Plus, you’ll enjoy the comfort of a safe, judgment-free space where open conversations and a supportive community leave you feeling empowered, uplifted, and connected.

Our Expert Approach

Our face-to-face classes are hosted at the Oakford Community Centre, offering the best of both indoor and outdoor facilities.

 

Enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned indoor space or take advantage of a private, fenced play area that allows us to move our workouts outdoors when the weather permits. This flexible setup caters to both you and your little one’s needs in a welcoming and accommodating environment.
