Fitness

  • Our classes aren’t just suitable, they’re the PERFECT place to start! With small groups and workouts tailored to each individual, your coach can support you in building your foundations and learning as you go. We promise you’ll find our fitness classes welcoming and non-intimidating, no matter your fitness level.

  • We love to work with Mothers to rehabilitate and regain optimal function and strength, both during pregnancy and postpartum; however, your ability to participate in our classes will depend on the nature and severity of any injuries. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients, and we can accommodate modifications in some cases. Seeking clearance from a medical expert ensures that it's safe for you to participate in our fitness-oriented classes and helps us provide you with the most appropriate guidance and modifications. Your safety is our top priority; please reach out to us if you would like to further discuss any injuries and together, we can determine if our classes are an appropriate choice for you.

  • Yes! Simply provide us with a clearance from your medical team (midwife, GP or other maternal health specialist). We are qualified and experienced to support your strength and fitness throughout the remainder of your pregnancy.

  • Consistency really is key, however, we also understand how exhausting and BUSY Mum life can be. For fitness and strength gains, 3 workouts a week is a great benchmark…however, if you only have the capacity to attend one session a week, do not let that deter you!

As little as a single one-hour, moderate intensity exercise session per week can significantly reduce the risk of developing PND, and can significantly improve the mood state of women with mild to moderate depression.

Classes

  • Yes, we LOVE a routine! You get to choose the days and times that best suit you (pending availability) and those spots are then YOURS. Our classes run very close to capacity all year round, and you don’t need to have to worry about being online at the right time to get your spot – you simply get to show up each week and know your coach is ready to guide you through a great workout.

  • We ask that you wear enclosed shoes, activewear and bring a towel and water bottle. We have all your equipment for your workout! Please also bring anything you need for your little ones; nappies, bottles, snacks, toys, and a mat or a pram.

On occasion, we will train outdoors. If this is the case, we will inform you prior to the session so you can come equipped with hats, sunscreen and all your outdoor safety precautions!

  • YES!!! This is what sets us apart – you should not need to leave your child in someone else’s care in order to prioritise your health and fitness goals.

We have little ones of all ages… The babies are often found on a mat by Mums side, or in their pram. The toddlers often entertain themselves and interact with one another and the older kids are welcome to play outdoors in our fully fenced play area with a small playground and a sandpit! We encourage you to bring their favourite toys or activites to keep them entertained so you can have a moment to focus on your workout.

  • Absolutely! We cater to pregnant women, right through to all ages and stages of motherhood. Even if your kids are in school or in someone else’s care, we’d still love to have you along to work out in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Late arrivals are inevitable…we’re Mums. You will never get judgement or questions from our crew, just a knowing smile and an offer to vent if you’ve had one of ‘those’ mornings! You are welcome to slot into the workout as soon as you are ready. If we’ve already completed our warm up, your coach may invite you to participate in a few mobility and warm up exercises before you dive into the workout.

  • We understand that things like sickness happen and schedules can change with short notice. If you or your baby are sick, we appreciate you staying home until you are no longer contagious. This is why all memberships get access to our online library of workouts – so that you can still get your workout done at home when it suits you. If you’d like to shuffle to another time slot that same week, please just reach out and if we can accommodate you in another session, we will!

  • In total, our classes run for an hour. Generally we have a few minutes of chat and check ins to begin and to allow everyone time to get settled. Then we move through a sequence of warm up and mobility movements, before taking on the body of the workout and following with an efficient cool down and stretch.

  • Our coaches are Mums, and while we wish we had the magic immune boosting solution….our kids get sick too. On occasion, we need to prioritise our families wellness. If we are able to deliver a quality workout online, we will shift from face to face to online at the same time as your usual session. If we are unable to deliver a quality session, we will regrettably cancel the session. In this instance, your membership will be suspended and you’ll notice an equivalent reduction in your next payment to the time that was missed.

  • We like to walk the talk and allow ourselves time to rest and recoup throughout the year too! We generally take a 2 or 3 week break around Christmas and New Years, and occasionally take a short break mid year too. All holidays will be communicated to you with as much notice as possible, and your memberships will be paused for the time we’re away.

Membership & Payments

  • We want you to feel the care, education, and connection that define every one of our sessions. That’s why we offer a free trial class, so you can join with complete confidence.

During your trial, we’ll treat you like part of the family. This includes a complimentary abdominal separation assessment, a discussion about pelvic floor function, and a personalised chat about how we can best support your fitness journey. You’ll leave with valuable insights about your body and feel empowered to take the next step toward rebuilding your strength and energy.

Simply contact us through our website, and we’ll reach out to arrange a time that suits you.

  • Because our classes are capped and we hold your space, we do not offer unlimited suspensions. We offer up to 2 weeks’ suspension per year, with at least 2 weeks’ notice. If you require a suspension for a medical reason (eg injury or illness extending past 2 weeks), we will happily place a medical suspension on for the duration of your recovery.

  • You can discuss this with your coach or send us an email or message. Most adjustments can be made from our end, via the Debit Success portal. Should you wish to cancel, we simply require 30 days’ notice.

  • Our payments are processed through Debit Success. You can choose the frequency of your payments when you complete your membership agreement (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and they will debit automatically until otherwise suspended or cancelled.

Facilities

  • In an effort to keep our memberships affordable, we have opted to not offer a nanny or creche service. Your children and babies are welcome to attend any class with you. However, please note that you are responsible for the supervision of your child at all times, as our instructors' primary focus is to support and coach YOU.

  • Yes, we have toilets on site.

  • Yes! Our outdoor area is fenced and secured with latched gates.
