- Access to an app to view workouts, track habits, and keep a simple photographic food diary (no weighing or measuring required)
- Programmed workouts ready for you each week as well as access to our Friday online workouts at 9:30am!
- Weekly online education sessions, each focused on practical skills you can apply immediately
- Regular accountability & check-ins, space to ask questions and get support from both your coach and the Baseline community
